At Peel Ports, we rejected an unsuitable concrete load, stopped the pour and removed the material already placed. The pads were completed the following day to the required finish.
Understand the site
Review the scope, existing services, access and operational constraints before work starts.
Plan and brief the work
Site-specific RAMS, permits and daily briefings support the work. Coordinate deliveries, plant movements and work areas with the principal contractor.
Manage the interfaces
Keep supervision close to the work and communicate issues early, particularly around live services, occupied buildings and other trades.
Check the finished work
Inspect the installation, address defects and provide the relevant project records for handover.
